Terms of Service

Builds are governed by the signed service agreement and written proposal for each project. If anything on this site conflicts with those documents, the signed agreement wins.

Prices shown on this site are ranges. Your fixed price is stated in your written proposal. Payments are 25% to start, 35% at the midpoint review and 40% at handoff, each requested by emailed invoice.

The 25% deposit reserves your build and is non-refundable once work begins. You own your accounts, domain, content, money, taxes, licenses and insurance.

This is a setup service. We do not guarantee revenue, traffic, search rankings or any other business result.
