What we collect

We collect what you type into the intake form: your name, business name, email, phone number and details about your business. We also collect basic technical data needed to run this site. Non-essential cookies are used only if you click Accept.

What we don't want

Please don't send passwords, card numbers or anyone's health information through this site.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your intake, schedule your assessment, prepare a proposal, deliver your build and send invoices. We never sell or rent your information or use it for advertising.

Text messages

If you agree on the form, we may text you about your intake. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. We don't share your number or consent with anyone for marketing.

Who helps us

Our website host stores intake submissions; our email provider delivers messages; our invoicing and payment provider processes payments. We never see your full card number. Each provider handles your data under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Intakes that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

Email intake@ruthly.app to see, correct or delete your information. We reply within 30 days.

Children

This site is for business owners and isn't directed to children under 13.
